WI State Senator Glenn Grothman, what a condescending asshole!
Edited on Wed Mar-02-11 08:26 PM by Cleita
Called the protestors slobs and wouldn't back down on Lawrence O'Donnell. Unfortunately, this is what your Republican elected officials think of you. You are slobs who are having a party and you look awful when you get up in the morning after no showers and sleeping on a marble floor.

:grr: How do jerks like this get elected?

1. The people deserve what they vote in, but I get PO'ed that they take the
rest of us down with them.

3. He didn't do himself any favors there.
Wisconsin is not the ideologically or racially pure place that he wants it to be. He gave video tonite that will ruin him. By calling the protesters a 'different breed' he did self-harm that will fester and take him down in his next election.

4. All I kept thinking when I watched that clip was
Its time to storm the bastille and sharpen the blades on the guillotine.
Its quite obvious that the aristocracy has no respect for the middle class.
They are pushing our backs against the wall. There really is only one direction to go on this if it continues.
Its really a stupid strategy to push men past nothing left to lose. Even a whipped pup will eventually bite.

5. I thought the protestors did a good job on camera
especially the girl who told him he wasn't doing his job and how could he accuse them of not doing theirs.

8. Oh Yeah I think they did an excellent job
The protesters on that interview and ALL the protesters period.
But its becoming clearer every day that the elite wants EVERYTHING and everyone else can just ......
They really think there is going to be no repercussions at all.
I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that it might be time for the aristocracy to fear.

10. They were GREAT!
I'm glad the nurse pointed out that she's been a taxpayer since she was 16.

7. He's a smug little twit
that's for sure. He must be in one of those safe districts that will elect a Repug no matter how obnoxious, arrogant or ignorant he/she is. These districts exist - Michelle Bachmann comes to mind, Steve King In IA

I guess there are some places that all that matters is the letter behind your name, particularly if it is an R.

11. He actually primaried the (R) incumbent with the "she's not conservative enough" angle...
(That would be Mary E. Panzer, daughter of former state senator Frank E. Panzer.)

Sheboygan, Ozaukee and Fond Du Lac...looks like some backwoods that you're absolutely correct about.
