Was DU down for anybody else?

this website, and this website only has been down for the past 2-3 days for me here in NYC. But searching the threads I don't see any posts at all about DU being down or hacked or whatever.

Was this just me or my metro area or something?

10. Off here in TX from mid-day Monday, still unreachable Monday eve. 9:30 PM,

didn't try again till yesterday AM, Tuesday, when it came on. I thought sure it had been hacked by EVIL, as did a lot of other people! Skinner explained, but it's all over my head!

15. Here's the workaround

Which I found in the DU Panic Room group on Yahoo (which was rage horribly difficult to join, by the way)

One guy said he was getting on through www.hidemyass.com so I tried that, and it worked great.

So the lessons are, join the DU Panic Room group on Yahoo now and save yourself the teeth-grinding frustration I experienced when I tried to join under duress from DU being down.

And if it happens again, go to www.hidemyass.com and get to DU from there.

16. I haven't had any problems with DU. Really don't know what everyone is complaining about.
