And a certain group of people gets to determine what is and is not protected speech?
It's disturbing how many DU posts are being made praising Alito for wanting to be the arbiter of what is and isn't allowed under the first amendment.
Not surprising, but disturbing nonetheless.
I'd be more concerned about what kind of a world we are coming to when John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, and Antonin Scalia are more liberal than you are.
