I think I figured it out. "Chuckles" Huckabee is trying to replace Glenn Beck.

He clearly is not running for President. It appears that he wants Glenn Beck's job. Otherwise this doesn't make sense. The only alternative explanation is that he is just nuts - which I will grant you, is a viable alternative hypothesis.
