State will ask protesters to leave tonight
http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/news/117372028.html

Administration Secretary Michael Huebsch said Thursday night that, based on a court order by Dane County Circuit Court Judge John Albert, protesters who have camped out in the Capitol will be asked to leave tonight.

Legal observers were expected to arrive at the Rotunda to explain to protesters the details of Albert's order. If they refuse to leave, they will be removed, Albert's order said.

At the same time, in a victory for an organized-labor effort to open up the Capitol, Albert also gave an 8 a.m. Monday deadline to the state to make access to the Capitol more free and open.

The AFL-CIO released a statement shortly after Albert's order, which was still being drafted Thursday night, saying his ruling was a "huge victory for Wisconsin and an enormous defeat for Gov. Scott Walker and his unconstitutional power grab."
