(I'll just add that another legal work around frustrates the Republican bullies who are apparently too stupid for their own good)

He'd Have To Return To WI To Get It Directly

MADISON, Wis. -- A Democratic state senator has found a way around the Republicans' attempts to lure them back to the Capitol by withholding their paychecks.

Republicans voted to hold the checks from direct deposit and require Democratic senators to pick them up in person at the Capitol in an effort to force a vote on Gov. Scott Walker's budget repair bill.

Sen. Jon Erpenbach gave power of attorney to two of his staff members, allowing them to collect his check. Senate Majority Leader Scott Fitzgerald decided to put Erpenbach's paycheck in the mail Thursday. Fitzgerald spokesman Andrew Wellhouse told the State Journal the majority leader decided against dragging out the matter and simply mailed the check to Erpenbach's Middleton home.
