A convicted paedophile has volunteered to be castrated so he can get out of jail.

Francis Phillip Tullier, now aged 78, was sentenced to 27 years in prison in 1999 after pleading to three counts of molestation involving young girls.

He abused the trio, aged between six and 12, on several hundred occasions and agreed to have his testicles removed as part of a 1999 plea bargain.

He went under the surgeon's knife after the procedure was delayed for several years while he was treated for various medical issues.

which in theory would make him less hostile, more docile as well as destroying the sex drive. And less likely to rape or something like that. Not that I give a flat damn- if they won't execute him then he should have died in prison. I have no sympathy for rapists. None.

There's a guy in MN doing time that has admitted to sexually assaulting "at least 94" people and that he still has violent fantasies. Now they're having hearings on whether or not to let him out. He says he's a "work in progress" Of course, his attorney "argued that the aging offender has proved he deserves the public's trust." Uh, I think he lost any chance of gaining the public trust many assaults ago.

"At least 94" sexual assaults. I guess when you've committed that many, it's hard to keep track. Anyone that has committed that many sexual assaults and is still having "violent fantasies" needs to stay in prison. He may have done 30 years so far but that's just not enough. He needs to stay there for the rest of his life.
