If he's guilty of a crime, then try him and sentence him. Until then, as Mark says, "This is a total disgrace. It shouldn’t be happening in this country. You can’t be unaware of this, Mr. President. Silence gives consent."

2. It seems a bit above your pay grade
But considering that your subordinates are doing this and denying it's a war crime, this might be a good time foe a stroll over to Quaintico.

6. Depends how you measure it, doesn't it?
In terms of the damage he's done to the Democratic
Party, Obama has been far, far worse for us than W
ever was.

In terms of being marginally better at governance than
W, sure, Obama is marginally better.

8. It speaks volumes about his willingness to let the MIC break all the rules.
Torture never looked so sick and pathetic as when a DEM is in charge and it continues! I mean, with a REPUKE I expect...no I KNOW they will torture, plunder and pillage any and all they can get their greedy hands on. But a D!?

Sad. Pathetic and wrong.

I expect this out of the GOP...not my own party.

10. Of course he's aware of it. He's the CIC. He approves of it, otherwise
he'd do something about it. All he'd have to do is give the word.

This president tortures poeple, just like the last president did. That's a deal-breaker for me.

It's sad that a president who could have accomplished so much has come to this.

11. Republican talking point 2012
What do you want to bet this will be a Republican talking point in 2012 elections...Obama did it too...so it must be ok.
