Poll question: Should Bush-Era "White-Collar" Overtime Rules Be Reversed?
Persons working in recategorized positions must work when they are told. There is no 40 hour limit anymore from the Fair Labor Standards Act.

1. YES!!!
I am considered a professional and I do not get overtime. I get paid for 80 hours every two weeks. If I work over 80 in those two weeks, I can "bank" them and use them for time off or I can wait until the end of the quarter and request payment for those hours. But I will only be paid at my regular hourly rate.

4. I think all over-time should either be paid for an hour and a half or bank that as PTO
entirely at the employees discretion and allocation in 10 or 15 minute increments.

Might be some fine tuning but that's my basic concept.

6. If they were overturned I could conceivably be paid ....
for an amount that approaches my actual work.
