After all, they just can't be outdone
As a side note, Yale kicked out ROTC........ the last year ROTC was on Yale campus was 1971. I know.....I was in Yale's last ROTC class.
I sincerely hope the Depts of the Army and Navy says "SCREW YOU" to Yale's request to bring ROTC back. I dealt with the adversity of being in ROTC in the late 60's and early 70's.....that was my choice. But Yale's administration did ZILCH to support the program. And Yale was not alone...all the Ivy League schools kicked ROTC out. So,....I say screw them all the Ivy League schools who ask for ROTC back. We're better off without them.
And I didn't attend Yale academically.....they cross enrolled students from neighboring colleges and I fell into that catagory.
