Heard about this yesterday from Maddow. There is ZERO coverage of it on any media down here. Fuck Rick Scott. Fucker needs to be in prison for scamming billions from Medicare.

2. You can't expect the rich to pay for their sins |

It must be done with sacrifices of the lower class. The rich have to the trickle down thing that we have been hearing would happen for 30+ years.
Shit is the only thing that trickles down.

3. There's an evil method to this madness |

A little basic math suggests the real level of budget cuts is $150 million, rather than $1.75 billion.
So! Let's assume cuts actually reduce the deficit, rather than increase it--if they chop damn near $2 billion out of the education budget a LOT of people are going to lose their jobs; those people will need to be housed and fed, and it's too early in the year for the "theme park ride attendant" business to absorb them. What's gonna happen is Dick Scott is going to sign the Education Cut bill at the same time as the Tax Cut bill. When the budget cut only reduces the deficit by $150 million (because, after all, that's all it can do) Dick will go to the legislature and say, "the cuts didn't work, we need more of them. Cut the food stamp budget and the Medicaid budget; those are things churches should be doing anyway."
