2. I might not understand the complete history of this tool , foreign visa H-1b,
but I can say it just reminds me of another version of the big guys not wanting to play by the rules of capitalism... It seems to me another way to control wages, and not retain the brightest. After years of American call centers oversees companies are coming back to the states saying the workforce is not as good as it is here....

4. corporations believe in 'free markets'

then, they believe in bailouts and subsidies (Milton Friedman called H-1b a subsidy from the middle class to corporations)

5. Lobbys for H1b much more powerful. When Bill Gates goes
to Congress to advocate for an increase in H1-b Visas
the Members on both sides just visiblly melt and such
sucking up you have never seen.

I hope I am not being over the top by saying this.
