I reviewed Florida Governor Rick Scott's State of the State Address

But I decided to do a little experiment.

I did a search of the text and looked to see how many times Governor McFraudy mentioned the word "business". Then I did a search of the text to see how many times he mentioned the words "people".

The final tally:

Business--15
People--11

So given that he decided to talk more about "business" and less about "people", you have to wonder who Governor McFraudy thinks he as governor should truly represent: the businesses or the people?

The numbers don't lie.

5. why do these ideas not work

When you read a speech like Scott's it sounds good. Tax cuts, new businesses, new jobs, better schools, etc. Why does it not work? What are the problems. Why isn't the money reinvested. What are the problems?
