No, the sign. I can't make heads or tales of the sign.

1. How does Congress = Tax paying slaves? Slaves don't pay taxes. Does he mean wage slaves? Still, how does congress get into it?

2. How does Tax paying slaves = ? Does he mean the mathematical notation <=>>?

I mean, it isn't even a error-ridden syllogism. What the eff?

it's two lines

Congress = slave owners
Taxpayers = slaves

except he used a crude 1950s word for slaves, and spelled it wrong, maybe on purpose.

and 1/2 cut off so it is not very clear. It took me a few minutes to figure it out. It says:

Congress = slave owner
Taxpayer = niggar

(Not Congo = slave owner taxpayer = niggar)
