They can now use the passing of the bill as a reason to lure the 14 holdouts back from my home state of Illinois. Legal or not once the Dems come back they can revote because they'll have the quorum.

But I think determination of this is up to the state Attorney General, who is another Republican stooge. Some please confirm if I'm wrong on this.
