2. I think he said he heard on the radio that the vote had taken place. Perhaps he turned
around and went back to Illinois. At any rate, Sen. Urpenbach said the 14 are in solidarity at this moment.

The WI Dems should hold the budget hostage by remaining on the lam until the collective bargaining garbage passed tonight is repealed. They've still got leverage.
