State Patrol: No orders to go to Capitol.
City & Capitol Police have withdrawn to 4th floor, where they are relaxing & "watching the show."

2. State Patrol on REGULAR channel is
pretty "quiet" too. Just responding to normal shit... and my mind is going back to the damn code...

I gotta clear up what I mean by quiet. That means no arrests, no accidents, or just the usual... a medical call here or there... but not coming in to bust skulls.

Pure speculation, Fitzgerald (dad) found out his cops are not up for the task.

12. You're up on the details, I see.
Dad is a 68 year-old ex-sheriff appointed by Hosni to solidify his relationship with the 2 kids.

I went to sleep in Wisconsin and woke up in a cartoon.

6. I'd say...
... they are very much up to the job, of keeping their oath to protect and to serve by declining, if that is in fact what happened.

I think honestly, though, there are just too many people there, and while they are noisy, they are very peaceful.

16. I'm going to bring my dog down to the Capitol see if he can herd people...
This will be the real test. Democrats to the right, Greens to the middle, Socialists to the left. Anyone who smells like a rightwinger, bite them on the ass and chase them off the square.
