Forget the 8 -- Recall all 18, plus Walker. Here's how to start now.
For each of the ten who aren't eligible for recall yet, circulate an internet petition to the tune of, "I live in Wisconsin district (number), whose current incumbent is Senator (name). I hereby pledge that on or shortly after (date), the date Senator (name) becomes eligible for a recall, I will sign the petition to have him/her recalled."

Include, if possible, some means of verifying that the signatory does live in the district, even if it's just putting in your zip code. Collect email addresses. Encourage them to sign up to have an email reminder sent to sign the petition on that date.

Email the number of signatories to each Senator's office on a weekly basis. Make them public.

As for Walker himself, I don't believe he cares whether he's still governor of Wisconsin past the start of 2013 -- he's hoping to become Vice President on that day. But circulate an internet petition anyway.

For each petitioner, see how long it takes to pass 25% of the total vote for governor, or however much is required to get the ball rolling. When that happens, announce it as loudly as possible. Even those Senators who are perfectly safe in their district won't be able to help but sweat a little. Outsiders will understand how the Republicans have crossed the line, and they will know our determination.

5. You live in WI. Are you on the ground? Are you posting from a laptop in the occupied capitol?
I mean, if you know so much... The people I know on the ground are a hell of a lot busier than you are.

7. You're doing a brilliant job on the eight, and we love you for it.
But I'm talking about the whole ball game.

9. The reality is that there is no "whole" ball game. We are doing what legally can be done.
In the future people should think about showing up when there are elections and voting because governments are form, laws and policies are made as a result of those who choose to show up on election day and participate in the process. If we, Democrats and those who agree with us, choose not to do that then the Republicans will gladly fill that void and take over as they have here in Wisconsin.

A sign I saw in Madison:
