I mean, the Rethugs don't give a shit about rules or laws unless it benefits them, but I'm pretty sure the bill has to be written before they can vote on it.

Good to hear from Kelda. My assemblyperson, and I hope she and the other Dems do everything they can to fight it and stall it and everything else.
