I find this fascinating. Wish I was a fly on political walls.

I can sort of see why Democrat Herb Kohl (I hadda look him up he's so low key) would sit back. I've read comments that suggesy that the DNC Dems are being prodded by Obama to stay out of it. Figures. Besides, the current crop of Dems have been running from anything or anyone that Wall Street bankers don't like.

But the new guy, Ron Johnson is a Republican and a Tea Party favorite. Not a peep. Come to think of it, the Baggers are uncharacteristically silent, aren't they? Convenient that Russ Feingold was ousted before this strategy was launched.

5. I can imagine Russ Feingold has read the whole bill by now

and discussed it with some of the Dem state senators... because even though he's not in office any more he's just the kind of person who would do that.
