Is it just me, or is Scott Walker a cross-eyed, drug-addled-looking fuck?

The cross-eyedness doesn't get across in that pic, but every time I've seen him look into the camera he looks like he's auditioning for a role in Deliverance.

And he can't stop with this slow, lazy-ass blinking he does. He acts like he's on a heavy tranquilizer regimen. I half-expect him to smack his lips in boredom and then fall over for a nap when he's speaking, or ask a reporter for a gram of opium.

Whatever the guy is doing, he seems awfully "removed" from reality. Makes it much easier to do what he's doing, I imagine.
