3. Russian TV station online covered the Fox News fraud. |
|
Two days ago--before the latest coup--"RT" (formerly "Russia Today," in English) based in Moscow was running a story about how Fox News was reporting that the Wisconsin protestors were violent thugs and such but RT had seen nothing but peaceful protests without any kind of violence or thuggery.
The truth is out there.

This is a big reality check for me at least. I used to just have issues with fox. I now see it's all the major news networks. I watched live feeds of what was going on and talked with friends and family who were there, then turned on the news to find it was opposite world.

What did you see and what did family and friends tell you that conflicted with "all the major news networks?"

Oh, I saw peace, smiles, hugs, strength, people who cared about others. I saw no slobs, thugs, greed, violence. It wasn't a budget issue from the start but the news seemed to take that stand on almost all the stations. I was told my my aunt there were very few tea party people, yet the news made it seem like the crowds were equal. I heard Radio news that was very one sided. One story only broke when the tea party showed up and the report gave their side, then said there were anti-walker people there as well. No comments from the anti-walker people. They just mentioned that they were there too. I am pretty flustered about what is going on and my hands are shaking as I write. I am sorry I don't have direct quotes. This is just how I am feeling about it.

you must be watching the same news that everybody around here has been watching! I'm glad I asked.
Relax. If you have MSNBC their evening coverage of Wisconsin has been very good.
Welome to DU. :hi:

I do watch MSNBC for Rachel. I found myself leaning forward as the commercial for her show was saying the same thing. Ha. I also listen to Thom Hartmann. DU has been a great source for information and support. Thanks!
