2. Isn't this some kind of code violation?
I thought public accommodations were required to have running water (drinking fountains) and rest rooms.

6. Yes -- the visitors in the Capitol should call the public health officials...
...and the building inspectors. If they play their
cards right, maybe they can get the entire Capitol
shut down and declared unfit for occupancy,
even by Republicans. ;-)
