Obama's parents were married in Hawaii on Feb. 2, 1961, and Obama was born on Aug. 4 of the same year, making his mother three months pregnant with him, in Hawaii, when she was married.
Was Obama, a 3 month old fetus, a human at the time?
Either Barack Obama's a U.S. citizen or fetuses don't count as people.

They couldn't possibly be people before they have functioning brains, so not before about the 22nd week. After that, it's unclear -- benefit of the doubt at best. But pregnant women ARE all people.
