11. Thanks! Please post their statement regarding yesterdays passage of the bill. I can't find it. |
|
Everyone knows Wisconsin Democratic Party officials have been opposing Governor Walker's bill.
I'd sure like to see a bold statement by the National Committee of the Democratic Party in support of Wisconsin workers and unions.
How about you?

I think we have reached that time. What happened last night should have been the first thing out of EVERY Democratic leaders mouth, from the greatest to the least, first thing this morning . This shows me where they stand.

21. Democratic National Committee website explains what they stand for. Nothing on labor rights! |
|
These are the things the DNC supposedly stands for according to their listing:
Civil Rights Economy & Job Creation Education Energy Independence Environment Fair Elections Health Care Immigration Reform National Security Open Government Science & Technology Retirement Security Voting Rights
Nothing specific on labor. It doesn't even deserve honorable mention much less a specific category!
If you can find something buried somewhere on the website supporting the right of workers to organize unions, to bargain collectively and to strike please post it. BBI
