MADISON, Wis., March 9 (UPI) -- A 90-year-old self-described "rabble rouser" attending protests in Wisconsin says Gov. Scott Walker "functions like a dictator."

Retired teacher Margret Klessig says she came to Madison to add her voice to the thousands opposing Walker's proposal to wipe out most collective bargaining for public employees in Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported Tuesday.

She asked her granddaughters Heidi and Paula to help her make a sign to carry. On the front it read, "90 year old rabble rouser ex-teacher," and on the back it said, "Dissent protects democracy."
