I Got a Good One in on a bagger this AM!
I was going into my local Hannaford today. As I got out of my car, a (surprise surpeise) older white crossed behind me and saw my "When bush took office, gas was $1.41" bumper sticker. He says "how do you like the price of gas now?"

I said that I liked it as much as I liked the price gouging oil companies who keep jacking up the prices.

He bellowed "It's all that Obama's fault".

I was going to reply that since he gets all of his talking points from faux "news", he wasn't worth my time. However since he kept walking away from me while I was speaking, I said "If you could actually defend your Fox talking points, you wouldn't be walking away from this discussion".

As usual, Silence in reply.

And yet, the media keeps telling us that tea baggers are a legitimate factor.

PEACE!

1. Oh, those evil old whites
Don't fall for the divide and conquer tactics. Just tell us what foolish nonsense he shouted and don't focus on his age or his race.

3. I am also a older white guy.
My point is to emphasize (although I didn't say so) is that the teabagger movement is substantially an older and very white enterprise.

PEACE!

2. I would have been more inclined to point out that gas is STILL lower than it was
at its highest price under Bush.

5. It's LePage's fault.
The prices have skyrocketed since he became governor.
