Nothing is forever......
Between the exploding energy now to vote the bums out, I'm hoping we can get back, not just a majority in federal and state government, but a huge majority as time goes by. You can't bake a cake without making a mess, and we have a real mess right now. But, just like the finished cake is a good result from the mess, I think that our finished result will be the destruction of the rethugs. Between the infighting among the ultra conservatives and the moderate republicans and the split that the teabaggers bring to the table, I just don't see this party surviving. We need to be vocal to let the people of this country know that Democrats are looking out for their best interests.

We will have to suffer for awhile, but our day will come again and we can then replace the bad legislation that the rethugs force through. After eight years of bush/chaney, we should be able to get through two to four years of this rethug assault and correct things when we have the power back.

Remember that the things we are suffering through now, and in the future, are things that the people who voted republican will suffer from also. We can only hope that they will learn their lesson and stop voting against their own best interests.

1. They claim everything has a cycle. I certainly hope that you're correct and we will cycle back to
sanity, reality, civility, and caring in this country. However, I'm not sure with our lack of 'facts', science, media, and education, that it will happen.

2. There was a lack of
'facts', science, media, and education during the great depression, and look how things turned around then.

3. But is nothing-is-forever true forever?
Forget the great bye and bye -- the time to act is now.
