I'm still trying to figure out how he equated toilets to abortions. If you look in any special order plumbing catalog you'll find hundreds of different toilets for sale--none of them flush hard enough for Rand Paul's BM, but they're fine for most people. OTOH, there are only a couple different kinds of abortions.
