The media already stopped all mention of WI Dems recalling Repub. state senators, and |

vice versa. I don't think we should let this state of affairs die down. - especially we should not forget that the WI governor, himself, becomes eligible for recall come January, 2012.
Let the people of Wisconsin know that we are rooting for them all the way. They need all the encouragement they can get.
Don't let this die down!

5. No, it is not about the ratings |

it is about news suppression, a workers revolt in the US is always suppressed.

4. If anything is to come of all the effort so far, I think it's recall. |
|
Maybe the repubs feel the same way and of course, the media sheeple fall in line.

10. Yes, the Dems. can recall 8 Repub. senators, and the Repubs. |
|
can recall 5 Dem. senators. So the Dems. are 3 ahead. And they need to win only 2 seats more than the Repubs. to become the majority in the WI State Senate. You're right. The news media will avoid this topic as much as possible. But we must try to keep it alive!

8. Think back to Fall of 2003 when republicans were recalling Gray Davis |
|
It was BIG NEWS all the time.. CNN-I covered it extensively too. We were in Tahiti during the election, and I kept tuning in to CNN to see what was going on.. (we early-voted)..
when republicans are going after a dem, it;s big news all the time, but when dems threaten to do the same, it's no big deal..

21. When Health Care Reform was proposed, the Neocons |
|
lied in their news media that the Democrats' "Death Panel" was going to say which elderly people would be allowed to live, and which of them would be put away. They tried to strike fear among the elderly. It was total fiction, of course. And extremely vicious fiction at that.
The Neocons preferred the continuation of their system, where Insurance Companies would determine who would receive treatment and who would not, and oftentimes these decisions were not made by M.D.s With their system some 50,000 Americans needlessly died every year -- for the simple reason that they couldn't afford the sky-high fees.
This was the real Death Panel, and it was their Death Panel, the Republican Death Panel. And it had been in existence for a long, long time.
Repubs. have always used the defense mechanism of "Projection." They projected their own faults onto other people. It's one of the signs of paranoia -- if one uses it often enough. And the Republicans use this all the time.
I no longer bother to listen to what the Repubs. have to say. Lying comes as naturally to them as breathing. Their late founder, Irving Kristol, had recommended lying to the masses, if it was beneficial to the Neocons to do so. Thus, the founder of their party had given them official permission to lie whenever it is profitable to do so. And the rank and file Neocons have followed his recommendation, not wisely, but too well.

20. Who should give a shit? |
|
Recalls are done door to door, standing in front of post offices, on busy city streets. Anyone that does not know about recall efforts by now is a damned fool anyway. Recall petitioners must make themselves visible. Screw the media. If you count on the media making the case, you have already lost.
