Dark Days Ahead for the Working Man |
|
Wage increases have been few and far between in the last few years. Most workers held steady. But they did not lose a lot of ground.
However, that is about to change. Wages will not go up, they will go down for everyone. That will be the result of busting all the unions. Private union membership is on a rapid decline and will soon disappear at the rate it is going. It is not easy to join a union if you work for a private employer. It has become very, very difficult.
This is not good for Democrats. Neither is it good for average working Republicans. It is bad for all of working America. The genie is out of the bottle. Reality will soon creep over the lives of working men and women. This is a dark day for working people.
But, we cannot give up. We must fight the bastards with every ounce of energy in our bodies. They are now holding all the cards. It is up to us to fight them where it hurts - their pocketbooks. We must become more enlightened about where we put our money, where we spend our money, and who we vote for in the future.

...who they perceive as being even a little bit better off than themselves, while protecting the truly, obscenely wealthy in hopes that they themselves might one day ride the gravy train to riches and a life of ease. If they can only find some poor fucks to trample on their way up the ladder.
I mean, come on. We're talking about a demographic that is already among the most downtrodden in America-- those "average working republicans"-- yet who have historically voted against their own best interests time and time again because they're so focused on hurting their "enemies" rather than helping their friends.

5. All they have to do is say that it's all because the Democrats spent so much. |
|
And PRESTO CHANGO!
It's Democrats that lose votes and Republicans that win more!
The fact that all the horrific spending was done by Republicans under Bush carries no weight as an argument at all. That's just the liberals bashing Bush the way they always do.
I don't see any way out of this. The GOP has us tied down and they are smothering us with their sopping wet rags.
Unless we have a REAL revolution and that won't be pretty.
