Mike Taibbi, who has written more about the tea party foot soldiers, said he had numerous conversations where these people who have lost their homes and blamed themselves rather than the banks ... I'm sure most blame someone else (some person/group they don't like collectively,) but there are those blame themselves and not the bankers/Wall St.

He lost his job at the CNS website last year, due to his ongoing mental health issues related to the loss of his mother (and other issues, but I'm not sure what they were). Imagine that, a conservative website firing someone because of their health issues? :D His unemployment has been cut off by Virginia because he lives in Maryland. He totaled his car, and his COBRA health insurance paid for the hospitalization and rehab from his accident. He's mooched off of his brother so much that his brother is having money problems. Now, he's pissing and moaning about how he can't get a job because he's a 50-year-old white male, and is about to have his condo foreclosed on. AND he had the nerve to ask us for money to pay his cable bill! I really wanted to tell him to get off of his lazy, unemployed ass and get a job, like his hero Rush says to do. But, I didn't. I didn't give him the money, either.
