Big Ed Show - John Nichols says Walker has not signed the bill yet because
it may be unconstitutional. Speculation but valid point.

4. Okay - what am I missing here? Is it the bill they just passed to bury the
unions? If so, why would he be rubbing it in the Dems' faces? If not, please enlighten me. Either way, enlighten me! :hi:

3. Oh please, may this be true. Does kind of make sense that Walker
wouldn't want his name on a possibly illegal document being a narcissist and all. Talk about throwing his people under the bus, this, if true (the illegality), would be the epitome of a self-server.

5. Randi Rhodes said it is illegal - she's generally pretty knowledgeable, so I'm hoping... nt

8. Based on some of his actions as a county commish
being illegal doesn't seemed to have bothered him before.
And I imagine there is either a Koch breathing down his neck OR
A big Koch bonus when he does sign.

9. It's too early to say "not signed yet"
The bill needs to go back to the senate where the chief clerk updates the official history, then it goes to the Legislative Reference Bureau for enrolling. Then it's printed in slip law form and both houses attest that they passed it with that language and then it's sent to the governor for signature.

I seriously doubt that enough time has passed for this to happen... so it's too early to speculate why he's delaying signing the bill since we don't even know IF he's delating signing it.

10. Because he probably wants to have lots of press, surrounded
by all his backers, as he 'reforms' the government from by the people for the people to for the fat bast&*%ds.

13. The Dems better get back out of state
then..it was a trick and I think he knew it was unconstitutional. We'll know if he calls a Special Session.

14. Are the WI Republicans back from DC?
Or are they still at lobbyists' fundraisers? Maybe Walker is just waiting for them to come back to share the photo op.

I'd cannot believe he is checking to make sure the bill is legal, given all the other crap he has pulled.
