EVACUATED From both Work and Home

My house in Ventura Harbor

Just saw video from Santa Cruz harbor showing boats breaking loose and dislodging other boats!

17. I was able to save enough to get a Tartan TOCK
Tartan Offshore Cruising Ketch!
Now I just need to fix most of the systems as the couple I purchased from have been letting it go little by little.
But it is home and if need be it could get me far away from here if I really had to in a pinch as she just came up from Panama last summer.

18. What length is she? I have settled on 34' to 38'.
Anything larger is too much to single handle without all the electronics. Anyway, good luck. We sailed ours down the Atlantic from Long island to the Chesapeake last spring and now are doing some "repairs" while she is on the hard. Other than minor stuff she is in decent shape....now but there is always something to work on.
