UStream news from Japan apparently showing Fukushima during original quake/aftershock. (IMG)

HERE on USTream. Edit: They showed a distance shot of what appeared to be the complex (below) and floating to the right of it out to sea was a long-ish cloud of smoke or steam and during the video either the main earthquake happens or an aftershock. Camera shakes all the hell around.

Because I'd really like to know what is being discussed on that page.

Language shouldn't be a barrier to knowledge, especially now. And no, I'm not saying we should all speak English.

4. Yeah, I'd really like to know if what I saw (updated the OP) is/was the Fukushima plant.

Looks like it is, and the Japanese UStream news channel is definitely showing it frequently but I don't know what it really is.
