UN rights forum names investigative team on Libya,
led by my professor!!!

'The United Nations Human Rights Council on Friday named a three-member panel of experts to investigate human rights violations in Libya.

It will be led by Cherif Bassiouni, a U.S.-based professor and war crimes expert born in Egypt who has served on previous U.N. human rights inquiries.'

1. Why would they include someone based in the U.S.
to investigate war crimes, unless they were doing it right here where we have dozens of them?

We are not in a position to talk about war crimes. We are committing them every day.

I think the professor ought to start right here to try to stop the carnage in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Then he might want to look into the war crimes of the previous administration.

But any criticism of Libya regarding war crimes coming from anyone in this country, will not be taken seriously at all.

We don't prosecute war criminals. He lives here, doesn't he know that?

3. They delegated a panel, to form a committee,
to investigate allegations and gather data, to make a recommendation, then reach a conclusion, and in three weeks time they will all agree:
SLAUGHTERING THOUSANDS OF CIVILIANS IS A WAR CRIME

5. Omg, they can't say that. That would mean the U.S.
has committed war crimes!!

But maybe if the media ignores it, no one will make the connection?
