HELP DU keeps crashing & won't let me open articles |
|
I'll be amazed if this posts. I can't open any posting, it's all in Blue text and the video section is blank. Is anyone having this problem? How do I fix it.

6. First, close every browser window and application, one by one... |
|
...and then shut down your computer and restart.
Pretty generic "help", but these steps cure more than 50% of computing problems, in my experience.

9. Clear all your cookies and browser cache before restarting |
|
Go to My Computer > C: > Windows > Prefetch and empty all the files and clear the ZRecycle bin.
Go to Internet Explorer Security and set it so it has no capabilities whatsoever, nothing in the way of an optional capability.
Never use Internet Explorer again.
RESTART
Use Firefox as your browser.
