Vermont high speed internet...via horse?

(NBC) -- There is a unique twist to a plan to bring Vermont into the future.

The state's using a slow-speed method to expand access to high-speed Internet.

Horses are being used to pull Vermont into the modern world by pulling cable to homes situated on rugged terrain that trucks and ATVs can't handle.

here I sit 100 yards from a dozen or more fiber-optic conduits (not lines, 2 inch id conduits that hold I-don't-know-how-many lines) using dial-up on a phone line that is at least 60 or 70 years old:crazy:
