Bachmann: '12 decision in summer

NASHUA, N.H. — Michele Bachmann on Saturday vowed to return to the Granite State soon — but remained vague on her own 2012 plans.

"I am in to make sure Barack Obama is a one term president," she told reporters after headlining a GOP fundraiser here. "No, I haven't announced I'm in running as a candidate."

Bachmann called it a "momentous decision" for her and her family.

"We're deliberately trying to make that decision," she said. "We're trying to make all the steps. We think maybe in the summer we'll make the decision."

The congresswoman said New Hampshire voters are encouraging her to run.
