I honestly was speechless today when this happened. I can't even correctly process this. It hit me wrong on so many levels that I never could even figure out exactly why it was so wrong or why I was so bothered by it.
Was in a Sleazy Mart convenience store to start with. First mistake.
Lady behind the register was in her 50's or so. Nice enough lady.
Guy walks in--appears to be in 30's, maybe 40's.
They are having a (loud) conversation. I couldn't help but overhear.
They are apparently talking about an employee who wasn't there, but who apparently had a crush on the guy.
Lady: Well, she does like you.
Guy: Yeah, she is a nice lady. I like her too.
Lady: But she does have four kids....sighs, shaking head.
Guy: Yeah, that is the reason I won't date her. I like her and everything but four kids? Shakes head.
Lady: Yeah, I know. BUT you have EIGHT kids!
Guy: That's different.

I paid for my drink and left.

Like we don't know how many moms are looking after his 8 kids. What we can assume is that the mother of four is looking after her own. She's not missing *anything* if the jerk isn't interested.

He'd have a potential Brady Bunch situation to deal with.
He could sell it to TLC and make a fortune, and become an obnoxious star and date even crazier women.

Not that this woman is crazy, but marrying a guy with 8 kids may indicate some type of, well, you know.
Shit son, it's a potential goldmine, and if you play your cards right, you may even get your shot at the title.
