Preliminary 6.6 quake at 8:26 EST off Japan

Things are still rockin'. Hope there isn't another 8 point quake coming.

1. Yeah I have been gathering that there are just hundreds

of aftershocks going on but 6.6 is I think the highest I have heard so far.

2. Those poor people, getting scared over and over, not knowing if it is "just" a 6.6 or will it be

huge again.

3. The Pacific plate is finally able to move.

I would bet it is still moving until it finds another "catch point".

This could take a bit of time and 6.0 to 7.0 aftershocks are definitely possible.

4. It's been rocking and rolling since the 7.2 on the 9th.

The list. I keep refreshing it every 6 hours or so, I'm concerned one of the aftershocks kicks up another tsunami.
