Japan at Fukushima is now releasing more vapors.

Quake measured at 9 not 8.8

1. TMI now moves down the list to 3rd worst nuclear plant disaster.
Fukushima take it place at 2nd behind Chernobyl.

Reactor #3 just makes it worse.
