2. International Red Cross, NOT American Red Cross |

ARC does cpr/first aid classes and some disaster stuff in USA but there is a lot of money wasted and money you donate now will not go to the current disaster. International Red Cross is a bit better, but I donate to Doctors with Borders (MSF) as they are places fast and do a lot of good. They headed out to Japan right after the quake.
