Sea water... Remember how well sea water worked for Deepwater Horizon?
I can't see this nuclear nightmare ending well if sea water is involved.

2. Sea water + Boric acid
Boric acid absorbs neutrons and sea water is readily available in large quantities. Additionally, the sea water is a clear sign they're not trying to salvage the reactors.
