2. I think about 20% if there are 10 offline.
Japan had 55 reactors in operation, one under construction, and plans to increase nuclear power's share of electricity from 30 percent in 2006 to more than 40 percent within the next decade.

...20% of the reactors are offline then that is only one fifth of the nuclear power generation so the total loss to the system should only be around 5% from the reactor stops.

4. this is going to hit the japanese heavy industry hard
that kind of percentage`s means heavy industry will be rotating off line for at least a year.
