A questions regarding Wisconsin. |
This thought just occurred to me, with the calls for recall of state Senators. Ok, say they get recalled, what then? The house is still controlled by the GOP. Are there any movements to recall state Reps too? Seems like all the attention is on the State Senators when the GOP Reps voted that BS through as well.

3. So the best hope is to stop any further action? |
I guess, I'm trying to think of how they can fix this BS that's been run through. Other than the courts, just don't think that the state Reps will work to make anything to reverse what they've done and send it up to be voted and signed (if Walker get's recalled as well next year).

6. Yes, if we can get the Senate shifted via recalls and the State Supreme Court shifted April 5, |
then it won't matter. We'll get Walker out in January and the voters will remember those assholes when they're up for re-election.

5. Agreed, but why stop with just the Senators, |
when there is a house of Reps who voted the thing through in the wee hours?

12. Because all of the Reps serve 2-year terms and were (re-)elected in 2010. |
Sworn in in early January, and state law says they can't be recalled until they've been in office a year. That's why the Walker recall has to wait, too. It'll be November before the petitions can go out, and by then we'll have a better idea if splitting the Walker recall effort with recalling individual Reps (and for that matter, with Senators who just got elected in November).

13. A Rep's term is two years |
and you have to wait a year before you can even file for a recall. Then it takes from 4-6 months for actual recall and new election. So what will it gain to put as much $$ into it as needed?

14. We will recall these... |
... dirty scumbags and replace them with decent people who care about their fellow citizens. And if the billionairs corrupt them, or we've been wrong in our judgement, we'll recall those people too, until we get it right!!!!!!
