1. i noticed that yesterday. i can see them repeating in the late night early morning

hours. but they were repeating like before 8pm also

7. AL Jazeera does that during part of the day, too.

I think in the case of Al Jazeera, they have set aside time for news, and if there is no more recent news, they use the last that they aired.

when in fact, here in Port Orford,Oregon, it had hit two and a half hours earlier.
