first part of press conference was basically:

reactor #2/fukushima daiichi -- they'd been putting water into it -- the explosion affected that effort (pump problems) & water level dropped -- are resuming filling with water

radiation levels = normal, same as prior to the earthquake

fire at tohoku (onagawa) plant: is because a crane (machinery) collapsed & started a gas/oil fire, not a reactor fire
