Can we get a show of hands of those who are located in or have family/friends in Japan?

Just so people understand why emotions might be running high for some of us?

I lived there two years, my wife is from there, her family is still there and dealing with the aftermath, and I have spent three days trying to contact all of my Japanese friends.

1. I have a number of customers from a few years back who are

Japanese. I hope they're all OK, along with their families. I'm not longer in that business, and have lost touch with them.

The rest are not near the disaster area, thankfully.

10. I have a client who was visiting family in Tokyo when the quake hit;

she just returned home this weekend. And I have a cousin in Okinawa whose husband is with the Marines serving emergency duty in the quake area.

And I lived in Tokyo 1962-65, and have fond memories of Japan, so this affects me in a way that's hard to describe.

11. I have alot of college friends who returned to Japan

Facebook has let me connect with most of them but haven't heard from a few for quite a while.

12. I have customer/friends there...Just heard from one who lives near Tokyo and his

email had me in tears.
