3. Do ANY teabaggers actually have jobs?
Edited on Mon Mar-14-11 04:37 PM by louis-t
Or just over-active imaginations and too much time on their hands?

4. Publicity stunt from a British Muslim media clown
Edited on Mon Mar-14-11 05:51 PM by muriel_volestrangler
This guy has been at it for so long that he probably is a genuine nutter extremist; but he probably does earn his living from the publicity his stunts generate and the occasional sales of books, courses etc. to gullible people that result.

The common enemy of both groups was radical Muslim Anjem Choudary, a London-based preacher who has been dubbed a "media whore" and has already made the rounds on Fox News promoting his "Sharia4America" rally, which was postponed just a few hours before it was supposed to begin on Thursday.

http://tpmmuckraker.talkingpointsmemo.com/2011/03/gaffney_jones_fight_for_soul_of_anti-sharia_movement_at_rally_by_white_house_video.php

From what I remember, his 'following' consists of a few relatives and people he pays occasionally, and his 'qualifications' as an imam aren't recognised by most Muslims. He spent some years on welfare, being fairly unemployable, and then found there was money to be made by saying outrageous things, so that the media (tabloids especially) would talk about him, and claiming to run a 'college'. The British media is finally tiring of him, so he's trying the USA.

On edit: yeah, my memory was good enough: http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/belief/2010/jan/04/anjum-choudary-wootton-bassett

British Muslim equivalent of the Phelps clan.

7. well, it's failed satire.
Satire is supposed to be funny. This site reads more like Fox News's Redeye level of unfunny.
